This ministry is rooted in our Christian faith, and in our commitment to prayer, ecumenism, and a creative attitude to spirituality and personal faith journeys.

From the beginning of August 2001, you are welcome to stay in our home for a time of quiet rest and relaxation, an opportunity to just be and an opportunity to explore your own creative talents in a prayerful and worshipful way.

You are invited, if you wish, to share in our daily times of prayer and meditation, held each morning and evening.

We are here to accompany and befriend visitors who are seeking spiritual growth, and to be with them as they follow their own path of learning and the deepening of their faith and understanding. To this end, we can offer input and accompaniment to our guests in relation to issues which they wish to explore in more depth.

Our emphasis is in providing what you want during your quiet time away - whether it be a silent retreat, a guided retreat, scripture study, exploring prayer, being challenged by issues of justice and peace, having the opportunity to share and talk through the difficult things in your faith life … whilst at the same time also enjoying the opportunity to learn or improve your creative craft skills or if you prefer you can simply enjoy a quiet place to relax and wind down away from the normal routine of a busy or stressful life.

You are welcome to stay with us for a one week or two weeks stay and our pricing structure is intended to help all people to be able to take advantage of these retreats (longer stays by arrangement; for example if you are wanting to follow the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises).
